We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions: the product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery; you received the wrong product or incorrect quantity; the product is past its expiry date or near expiry (within 30 days of expiry); the packaging is tampered with or the seal is broken before delivery; or there is a quality issue with the oil (unusual smell, color, or consistency).

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within this timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for the following: products with opened seals or broken packaging (unless damaged during delivery); products that have been used or partially consumed; products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery; products without original packaging, labels, or invoices; or products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a return authorization if your request is approved.

Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the invoice and any accessories provided. Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address at no additional cost for eligible returns.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return request, refunds will be processed as follows: the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet); processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product; it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider; and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed with the transaction reference number.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will send you a new product at no additional cost. Replacement products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item. Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent alternative product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not accept the delivery if visible damage is apparent on the package. If you have already accepted the delivery, take photographs immediately showing the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the product received. We will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item and deliver the correct product to you at no additional charge. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Quality Guarantee

At JJ Oils, we take pride in the quality of our products. All our edible oils are sourced from trusted suppliers and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Each product is carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent contamination. We guarantee that all products are within their validity period at the time of delivery with adequate shelf life remaining.

If you experience any quality issues with our products, such as unusual smell, taste, color, or consistency, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a full refund or replacement along with arranging a pickup of the product for quality testing.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped without any charges. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt and contact us for a full refund. Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
